Most cakes can easily be made Gluten Free , just ask!
Filling

Berry Jams, Chocolate Ganache, Caramel, Fresh Berries (seasonally), Fruit Curds (Lemon, Passion Fruit)
Frosting

Buttercream (Vanilla, Chocolate, Maple Caramel), Chocolate Ganache, Cream Cheese, Berry Buttercream (Raspberry, Strawberry)
Custom Design + Products

Custom orders are always welcome and encouraged! I’m always looking to learn new decorating techniques.
In addition to cakes, I offer a variety of special order items such as, french macarons, tarts, pies, donuts, cookies, and cupcakes.
A minimum order of 12 each are required for small items such as cupcakes and donuts.

6” serves up to 10…..$38-$40
8” serves up to 18…..$48-$50
10” serves up to 30….$73-$78
Cupcakes $3-$3.50 each
*Pricing may vary based on final design and flavors. Please contact me for pricing for pies, tarts and other special orders. Tiered cakes are also available for larger celebrations.
Ordering + Pickup

The Goose Chase Cake Design is a one-person business, so please submit your order request as far in advance as possible. A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all orders. Please submit orders using our form below.
Orders are available for pickup at American Flatbread in Waitsfield, Vermont. No pickups available on Monday’s or Tuesday’s.
